Here’s a truth most people overlook: Business is built on relationships, not just transactions.

Be Authentic: Stop trying to be perfect. People connect with real people. Share your story, your challenges, and your wins. Authenticity builds trust.
Listen First: Instead of leading with your features, ask questions. Understand their problems, needs, and desires. The goal isn’t to talk—it’s to truly listen. We have two ears and one mouth for a reason, listen twice as much.
Focus on Outcomes: People don’t care about your features, stop puking all of these out on the table. They care about how your product or service can help them achieve their goals. Speak directly to their desired outcome.
Lead with Value: Every interaction is a chance to add value. Show them you’re invested in their success, not just their wallet.

Reach out to one person in your network today—no sales pitch, no agenda. Just ask how they’re doing or if there’s a way you can help. Relationships grow with small, consistent actions.
